Prost Bay City Pasta Making Class

Join us for some pasta making fun in the cellar at Prost Bay City!

Class will start promptly at 6:30 with a "how to make and enjoy" aperol spritz! Then we will begin mixing, kneading and rolling out by hand the flour + egg mixture. Chef will guide you through as we listen to music from the old country! When you are done your aperol spritz, you will get to select a wine to enjoy (red, white, or processo).

Once the pasta noodles are ready, chef will take your portion back to cook with your choice of sauce. While you wait, cheese & charcuterie will be served.
